Gun Control Truth

In 2008 the United States Supreme Court struck down a law controlling gun ownership based on the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution for the first time in the history of United States.
Previously, in the entire history of the United States, the Supreme Court had never found a gun control law unconstitutional based on the Second Amendment.
Unlike other web sites attempting to usurp the role of U.S. Supreme Court by explaining their own interpretation of the U.S. Constitution, this web site lets the Supreme Court speak for itself.
